The phoenix is an extraordinary fictional bird which, according to classical mythology, would live for 500 years before bursting into flames and regenerating from the embers; feathery reincarnation at its best.
My old website sadly breathed its last breath recently which has made way for the emergence of this shiny new digital delight. Just like the phoenix (but with fewer feathers, less fire and after 5 years instead of 500) beckyjo.onlineĀ has risen from the ashes of cyberspace!
As before, there will be blog posts from my travels and adventures, but you will also be able to subscribe to my blog which means you will receive a notification whenever there is new material for your perusal. You can, however, edit these settings so you won’t be plagued with notifications.
An exciting new feature with this young and fresh-faced beckyjo.online is the option to ‘like’ or leave comments. Any offensive comments will be removed; play nicely boys and girls.
Hopefully, this new design will be more navigable, more mobile responsive and more aesthetically appealing. However, as with most brand new toys, I had a few problems taking it out of its packaging so if you spot any not-so-deliberate errors or broken links, please send me a message via the Contact page and I will get it fixed as soon as possible.
