It was Christmas time and I couldn’t decide what to put on my wish list for Santa, so I jotted down a few items I thought would come in handy for adulting such as muffin trays and a rolling pin. Fast-forward a few years and I’ve got so into baking that I run Becky Jo’s Bakery from my kitchen. Even if you’re not big on baking, I hope that you will find some inspiration here to be creative and allow your instincts to guide your hands.
Baking isn’t for everyone but for those of you with a sweet tooth or an eye for artistic consumables, creative baking can be an absolute joy. Cakes don’t have to be reserved for special occasions and they certainly don’t have to be traditional or predictable.
